BODBE MONASTERY OF SAINT NINO

This unique wine is made under the meticulous supervision of the nuns from the Monastery of St. Nino at Bodbe, a Georgian Orthodox monastic complex built in the 4th-century and located near Sighnaghi Kakheti. Bodbe is presently one of Georgia’s most important pilgrimage sites due to its association with St. Nino, the 4th-century female evangelist of Georgians, whose relics are shrined there. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Sacred Monastery of Saint Nina in Maryland.
